Join our expert culinary and historical guides as we venture through the quaint and picturesque small German towns and villages in our German Christmas market trips. We will have plenty of time to peruse many of the most famous, traditional Christmas Markets where you can bring wonderful gifts and souvenirs home for your loved ones. You will sample sensational regional cuisine and see exquisite Christmas decorations, enjoy the sights, sounds and of course the most incredible smells. Your Tour Dates: December 6 – December 13, 2024
Tour Price: $4,995
Your Tour Price Includes:
· Airport transfers*.
· PLEASE NOTE- When making your airline reservations, the tour officially begins on December 6, 2024 in Munich. Please arrive at least one to two days prior, to be settled and well-rested before our wonderful tour begins the next day.
· 7 nights in charming, elegant boutique hotels and inns: Munich (3), Rothenburg (2), Nuremberg (1) Munich (1). The last hotel will be close to the airport for your smooth transition home.
· Welcome Reception (the evening prior to our small group tour)- to meet one another for a wonderful wine, cheese and appetizer party (2 hours).
· All breakfasts.
· One glass of Gluhwein for the group at each Christmas Market we visit. Save room in your luggage to enjoy a keepsake mug from each Market as your amazing souvenir!
· A Full-time tour leader/driver.
· Transportation in a comfortable minivan.
· Excursions to Garmisch and Dinkelsbühl to see traditional German Christmas Markets with local, expert German guides.
· Guided historical tours of: Munich, Rothenburg, and Nuremberg with local, expert German guides.
· Visit the Christmas Markets in: Munich, Rothenburg, and Nuremberg.
· A traditional Christmas concert in Munich.
· All tour guides, museums, and entrance fees.
· All tips and taxes.
What’s Not Included:
- Airfare, lunch & dinner (minus meals and snacks listed above), alcohol, entrance fees other than those mentioned above & any of your personal travel expenses & your own souvenirs.
- Your night(s) accommodations prior to or after the end of the tour's official start date.
All prices are per person, based upon double occupancy. Single supplement is available upon request of $500.
