Absolutely! We offer customizable travel packages so to tailor your trip to your specific needs and preferences.

We travel with small groups of six to sixteen (maximum). This allows us the flexibility to customize each trip to your specific interests. Many have also found that it strikes the perfect balance between the planned activities and adventures of group travel and the flexibility of traveling alone. (After all, how many of us are acquainted with the owner of a winery in Umbria or know a friend eager to use his hot-air balloon in Rocamadour?) We plan the trip of a lifetime, so that you can make it your own.

Keep in mind that you must purchase travel insurance within a relatively short period of time (typically about two weeks) from the date you make your reservation.

That’s the real beauty of our small group travel—you will never, ever have to travel alone! In fact, on any given tour there is usually a representative mix of single travelers, friends, and couples. This nice mix almost inevitably becomes a small (intimate) group of friends with which to share your travel experiences. 

If you prefer having a room to yourself, we are happy to secure you a comparably sized room (not a cramped single) and will add a “single supplement” for the actual extra costs. So, you can be assured that you are getting, along with the peace and comfort of your own room, the very best value as well.

At the time of your reservation, we will collect some basic information about you along with a Non-Refundable deposit of $500 per person. We accept personal checks or payments made via paypal, venmo or cash app. Please make cecks payable to Jenifer Campbell of Olde World Tours.

Absolutely. Simply inform us of your dietary requests (at least 30 days prior to our tour) and we will ensure that we pass the relevant information ahead of time to the chef/kitchen staff. This way when you arrive, your tour leader, hotels, and restaurants will already be aware of the situation and, in many cases, have something very specially prepared just for you.

We are very happy to say that we have a dedicated fan base, which we hope reflects well on the quality of the tours and all the services we provide. Many of our guests have been on several of our tours.

Yes. All rooms on our tours have private bathrooms.

Because our travelers come from all over the USA, we suggest that you book your own airfare. If you would prefer that we book your airfare for you, there will be a nominal $50 fee added to the cost of your airfare price. 

We will also make sure to give you all the information you need to book your tickets for the proper dates and times. 

It is recommended that you arrive 1 day prior to the tour, so that you can become well rested prior to our whirlwind vacation! We are more than happy to book your hotel stay prior to the tour, or even after the tour has commenced.

Most tours begin at 9 a.m. on the first day and will run a full day's worth of adventures! So, we recommend at a minimum- arriving to the airport at least 3 hours prior to the tours start time.

Most places now take credit cards, and US cash. It is recommended however, that you travel with at least a couple hundred dollars in cash and either obtain Euros prior to your trip (from your bank). Or you may use any ATM machine (found throughout Europe) in order to get Euros out. These are readily found in most cities throughout Europe.
