Travel Insurance for our Small Group Tours- We highly recommend that all our tour participants purchase travel insurance.

Passport- A valid passport is required by all U.S. citizens for travel to Europe. The expiration date on the passport should not be earlier than six months before the date of re-entry to the U.S.

Olde World Travel's Smoking Policy- We ask that there be no smoking in the vans, at meals, or indoors. Smoking should be a safe distance away from all travelers and should not disrupt the tour for any reason.

Covid Requirements- All tour participants must provide proof of full vaccination (shot and booster for Moderna and Pfizer) for the coronavirus via the CDC-issued vaccine card prior to travel. Participants must agree to abide by all regulations regarding the coronavirus, including masking and testing, where required.

Behavior- We reserve the right to terminate the tour to any person, at any time during the tour, who is abusive of others or who exhibits disruptive and/or aggressive behavior.

Traveler's Health- Travelers must be in reasonably good health to participate and should make Olde World Tours aware of any relevant health issues or special accommodation requirements prior to the tour. All tour participants should be able to climb in and out of a minivan; should be able to participate in a walking tour at a slow pace; and should be able to climb at least one flight of stairs without trouble.

The Itinerary- We will make every effort to conduct the itinerary exactly as it is presented in the tour brochure, marketing materials and website. If, for any reason, we are required to make an alteration, we will notify you as soon as possible and will make a substitution of equivalent or higher value.

What's Included in Your Small Group Tour-

· Ground transportation as described in itinerary

· All breakfasts

· Lunches and dinners when indicated in itinerary

· All lodging

· All tips and taxes

· Entrance fees to attractions as described in itinerary

All tour guides

What's Not Included in Your Small Group Tour-

· Airfare

· Personal travel insurance

· Wine or alcohol with meals (unless specified)

· Activities indicated as “optional”

· Care and extra expenses associated with a positive Covid test during the tour.

Reservations, Return and Refund Policy for our small group traveling groups

Olde World Trevel's Small Group Tours Reservations and Deposit Terms-

To reserve a place on any of our Olde World Tour Groups, you must sign a reservation form and submit a deposit of $600 per person. Until we receive your deposit, we cannot guarantee you a place on the tour.

Upon receipt of your deposit, you will receive an invoice for the balance of the tour price, which is due in two installments, 50% at 120 days before departure and the remaining balance of 50% which is due at 60 days before departure date.

PLEASE NOTE- Should you choose not to place your remaining deposits by the due dates, you agree that Olde World Tour will not refund any monies paid towards present or future trips and all funds will be forfeited.

Olde World Travel's Cancellation Terms-

If Olde World Tours must cancel the group/individual tour for any reason, including closure of international borders, you will be refunded in full.

If you must cancel your tour for any reason, medical or otherwise, our Cancellation Policy is as follows:

Days prior to your trip start date:

· 121+ days and less than 30 days since deposit was made: $ 100 refunded.

· 121+ days and 30+ days after deposit made: $ 300 refunded.

· 91-120 days $ 600 (entirety of deposit) refunded.

· 61-90 days 50% of trip price refunded.

· 31-60 days 75% of trip price non-refunded.

· 0-30 days 100% of trip price non-refundable.
