At Olde World Travel, your wellbeing—and that of our staff and local partners—is our top priority. By participating in our tours, you agree to take personal responsibility for your health and to follow the guidelines below:

• Personal Responsibility: You agree to honestly attest to your health. If you exhibit symptoms of a contagious illness, you will notify your guide, isolate as directed, and cover the costs of any required medical testing or consultations.
• Safety Compliance: You agree to follow all health directives from Olde World Travel, our guides, and local authorities (e.g., social distancing, handwashing, or masking). If you are exempt from these requirements due to a medical condition, please carry supporting documentation.
• Travel Regulations: You are responsible for staying informed about and complying with all health requirements set by airlines, countries, and venues.
• Public Health Guidance: You agree to follow all CDC and local health authority protocols regarding isolation or quarantine if you or a travel companion tests positive.
• Tour Continuity: We want every guest to have a great trip. However, if you or your travel party do not comply with these safety protocols, you will be unable to continue on the tour.
• Liability & Costs: If you are required to quarantine or cut your trip short due to illness, the tour will continue as scheduled. You are responsible for all associated costs (lodging, transportation, etc.) and the arrangements for your return home. Olde World Travel is held harmless for these additional expenses.
